Fundraising Campaign
2022-2023

What are you for?

Improving the human condition requires human intellect and emotion.

Forces that move us beyond ourselves.

And since our founding, Yale has prepared leaders to serve all of humanity.

We devote ourselves to finding untold ways to improve the lives of billions of people. Simultaneously study vaccines, virtual reality, and da Vinci, because curiosity demands we find connections. Seek light when surrounded by darkness—teaching ourselves and each other to illuminate new truths for life.

Our “why” is “we.”

“We” as in you and me and them.

So we forge ahead—with the same motivation that’s pushed us for more than three centuries.

For all of humanity.

Let us embrace, together, our humility—our willingness to admit what we have yet to discover. After all, if you knew all the answers, you would not need Yale. And if humanity knew all the answers, the world would not need Yale.
