A Legendary Intersection.

Completed in 2021, One Vanderbilt is Midtown Manhattan’s tallest office towers. Sprouting up from Grand Central Station, visitors include daily 9-5ers as well as the savvy tourist. The only two buildings in the neighborhood that rival and complement One Vanderbilt are the legendary Chrysler Building and the Empire State Building.

With KPF as the architect and Snohetta and PWP Landscape as notable designers - One Vanderbilt was destined to become the city skyline’s newest darling.

With CO OP Brand Partners, we developed a marketing and launch strategy, as well as the logo system, website and messaging. About 2 years before crews even broke down, we were focused on making sure that One Vanderbilt was going to be a financial, cultural, and social success.
